had a business dinner with a colleague who is new to tapas and has a clam allergy. we'll let the waiter suggest what might be good. he delivered a grilled sweet plate, brot and tomaten with aioli, a wonderful local cheese salad, kabeljau croquettes. a grilled tuna steak and an Iberico ham, paprika, eier and kartoffeln medley, which was excellent. waitstaff was great, though we were the only customers and in the restaurant, just as they opened up.
