1st Republic Brewing

One of my favorite microbreweries in Vermont. The way I describe this place is like going to Cheers in Boston “where everyone knows your name”! The beers are awesome, the place is comfortable and has a nice ambiance, people are friendly and most importantly they love dogs. Yeah very dog friendly establishment which is cool to see.Denial and Vet are their signature and popular IPAs which are delicious. They have some porters like the WatchDog which is a great beer too. Nice place to stop by to chat, meet other people, play some games and enjoy good beer.

Great beer and usually a laid back and friendly place but last Friday night bartender was rude and unfriendly. I expect more from a Vet owned and Vet serving brewery...overt hostility is not great for those serving this community. Great on T, W, R when other bartenders are there.

Great atmosphere. Local vibe with wonderful people and really good beer. Great variety of choices for the size of place.
