We attempted to make reservations but got someone’s cell phone who gave us another number. Tried our luck with walk in on Tuesday night, and got last table by the kitchen for two. Hostess brought our drinks and 45 minutes later checked back to ask if we ordered. Gentlemen who was not a waiter then took our order. I was brought the wrong steak sandwich after asking for the “filet steak sandwich “because I didn’t use the correct menu name. Instead I got a very fatty, gristly, strip steak that was covered with hot black and red pepper flakes. My husband ordered Shrimp Scampi and it arrived cold with no sauce and very few shrimp. Went with another couple for their 2/$65 Wednesday Night Dinner Special. The bread cornbread are baked fresh every day and it shows. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy but did not feel crowded even with every table full. The sweet potato mash was the favorite side dish.

An institution and just a wonderful hole in the wall. Great wings and prime rib. Just go. You probably need a reservation as it is a very popular local spot. But such warm people very glad we went. They didn't realize we weren't local.

The staff was So warm and Friendly. The Food was absolutely delicious. The Host went all out for my sons Birthday dinner. I cant say enough about this Gem of a place!
