Update. Alamo asked for my contact info so they can reach out to me. I emailed them from their website site over a week ago and have heard nothing back from them. We love Alamo and have always had a good experience. Today was not good. We got there 30minutes before our movie. Our waitress showed up right away and took our drink orders. We finally got our beverages 39 minuteslater and she was no where to be seen. Our entire row had our little lights on for her to come take our food order. Bought tickets online usually you get an e ticket to skip the line when you arrive and go straight to the theatre (kinda the point). Not the case here. Bought my tickets online. Paid a convenience fee for each ticket to do so then still had to stand in line when I got there to give them my confirmation code so they could print a ticket for me. Makes zero sense. Have been coming here for a few years now. Very comfortable space, love the preorder of tickets and seating options. Our first time at the theater. The employees were great and food was good. I think the theater needs an refresh. Example Tables should slide closer to the person. We reserved 2 seats online in a row with no seats sold at the time of reservation. Threepeople sat right next to us and the rest of the row was empty. Was not a good experience. We?ll stay with Cinemark and Starcinema.
