Ammatoli Mediterranean Bites

Aside from loving the food itself, Middle Eastern food is usually a joy for me because there is so much that I, as a vegetarian, can eat. The food we sampled at Ammatoli was excellent, aside from one flaw. The flaw as that the spinach in the otherwise marvelous Spinach Kibbeh was still frozen inside. That should never happen at a restaurant of this quality, especially when their somewhat expensive dishes are justified by that quality. However, the mistake with the kibbeh is not the reason for a mediocre review. It is because, for a vegetarian, it's way too expensive. I went to Ammatoli and this is my 5th time the food is good, and usually everything goes well, I did not know that they have happy hour and they gave me the Happy Hour menu and tells me that for the Entrees you order one and the next, it would be half price after I finish my order and everything well, I got the review, but the Entrees they were full price not of them had the half price

We had a great time in Ammatoli for Brunch. The food was delicious and unique. My husband had a special mansaf that he thought was really good. We enjoyed the Helloumi mezzanine as well as the beet salad. The eggs in my Shakshuka were flooded, but everything else was perfect. The food came out quickly and the server was attentive. We look forward to dinner!

Stylish restaurant inside, comfortable patio outside. Food was tasty--my salad was a bit underdressed, but the chicken on top was moist and yummy--overall, very good. Highly recommend the spicy hummus.
