The manager is unable to control her behavior and allows her to mistreat customers. Despite screaming racist things at my friends and me, she still had the audacity to ask for a tip after providing terrible service. I went to a happy hour with some friends and had a great experience. We got 2 drinks and two large orders of wings for just $22. Fraugrace assisted me and checked my ID, which I appreciated. She made sure I had a non-alcoholic option and made me feel youthful. Her customer service was outstanding and her personality was top-notch. I think Mrs. Grace deserves a raise or promotion in the training department. She treated us like family, which made a big difference in our experience.

I placed a delivery order and it was left at the bottom of my stairs without any notification. I had to wait outside for 20 minutes in 30-degree weather without knowing my order had arrived. The supervisor was unhelpful and unsure of who delivered my order, blaming it on DoorDash. This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
