We went there specifically for a burger, but we were told it would take 10 minutes just to place our order because all the staff were busy closing layers. As someone who also works in the food industry, I find it unacceptable to make customers wait that long just because the staff is finishing up their tasks.

I only spent five minutes at this restaurant, and it felt like a waste of my time. The manager seemed preoccupied and worried about the impact on his profits, but he didn’t even acknowledge me. If the customer service is this poor, I can't imagine how disappointing the food must be!

Consistent good quality and quick service. Just double check your order before driving off, I?ve had small items missing a couple times and they wouldn?t give me it the next time I came because I didn?t ?have proof?.

love a w! we have eaten at many, many places always a great burger! great for keto, or not. the rings and root beers are fantastic! always fast friendly service. would be better rated if it wasn't in the tankstelle!

The location on Highway 7 and Weston Road charged me 50 cents for a BBQ sauce with my chicken sandwich combo that comes with fries. I could have gotten ketchup for free. What's the deal with that?
