I do not recommend this restaurant! I went in person to order a cake for my daughter's high school graduation party over 48 hours in advance (they require 48 hour notice and I did not want to order online). When I arrived to pick up the cake in the afternoon, the employees spent over 20 minutes searching for the order. They then informed me that the cake maker had come in the morning, felt ill, and left without making my cake. The order was placed at 10 am, and I arrived to pick up at 5:30 pm with no prior notification. While I understand that people get sick, the lack of communication was unacceptable. When I saw that Google listed this place as open 24 hours, I was a bit skeptical. However, upon arrival, the sign was lit up outside and the interior lighting was on as well. Despite my initial doubts, I noticed an open sign in the window and decided to give it a shot. I was prepared to be disappointed when I realized I couldn't dine in at 12:30am, but I decided to take a chance and use the drive-thru instead. To my delight, someone promptly greeted me at the speaker. I ended up ordering the chocolate ice cream and was completely satisfied. Thank you, Baskin-Robbins Holiday Location!

must remove baskin robbins from the sign and leave as dd! note a single time I have completed an order at this place when it comes to ice. no hotter! never has a taste I order! - oh! and the customer service sucks also! does not even deserve a single star!

On my second visit, I ordered a cup with a lid but received it without one. When I asked about it, I was told they were out of lids. It seems that someone else needs to take charge of training the staff on proper customer service and ordering accuracy.

I ordered a fudge sundae with sour mumias and mumie bears. it did not contain what was very disappointing when I had enjoyed the delicious frozen gelatin nuggets in the awe for 39 minutes. still a good ice cream
