Good, but with small drawbacks for the hefty price. The pork steak was undercooked, was anything but tender and also tasted slightly of its origin. The main side dish, the bit of mashed potatoes, was served UNDER the vegetables, barely visible. And out of 4 drinking glasses only one was ok, two smelled slightly and one smelled extremely strongly of dishcloths . Disgusting drinking pleasure! On the other hand, the salad, vegetables, fries and the side sauce Café de Paris were perfect, served with the meat on a hot stone plate over the rechaud. Stylish! Unfortunately, there is also a drawback here: the rechaud is fired by a veritable Bunsen (gas) burner, whereupon the sauce begins to boil even...
Yes, I love these places. At an excellent restaurant you don't need a card. The boss recommends, with variations (meat/fish). He can too; because he knows... and I experience that fantastic food comes out of the kitchen, which is perfectly prepared to the eye. Don't look at the wine list, go straight to the wine cellar and get your enjoyment in person. The experience is worth it.
