Blue Ribbon Brasserie Las Vegas

I have been a regular at Blue Ribbon for the last couple years. I popped in years ago after checking in and landing and was sold from that day forward on sitting at the bar and dining with the fabulous infamous Ramsey. I was exhausted from traveling after work and hungry. Ramsey was exactly what I needed. He took such good care of me that I have been back every month since. Trips have even been scheduled around his schedule, so I’d be able to see him when I came into town. As an owner of a production company, I know excellent service! A delicious and enjoyable meal. We will definitely return! First class service. All staff are wonderful. (Joey)The escargot are out-of-this-world and the salmon is right behind them. The atmosphere is relaxing and the music is unbelievable!

It is located on the 3rd floor of Cosmopolitan. The food was delicious and the service was good. The atmosphere is great and I recommend it.
