Bojangles' Famous Chicken

Chicken was dry as sawdust, our order was very wrong, the kids running the front took the order down wrong. Food took like 10 minutes to get with no line, other people were served before us. And to cap it off they gave us all spicy sandwiches when no one asked for spicy sandwiches. I love bojangles but this specific store needs work.

Being from the south, Bojangles feels like home. The menu is southern comfort food. The biscuits were perfect. The chicken is everything you'd hope for. The sweet tea was just right.The service felt like I was at Grandma's house. The restaurant itself and the restrooms were clean.Parking: Ample parking!

Food was okay but the presentation was sloppy. Fries were thrown out everywhere inside our bag. I had 4 servings of fries and had to repackage it to serve the kids. Other than that, the food was okay.

Week day evening staff are rude and need an attitude adjustment and more trainingIf you can't handle the window and register don't work it
