So the blonde girl that works there is the rudest server I have encountered in a decade. Got there on a Saturday night for dinner, was given a glass of brown water to start with, I think it was a little bit of leftover soda from the bev gun but STILL, who serves brown water to one guest and regular looking water to my friend? Anyway.we ordered as soon as the server person came over. She was rude and rushed. We ordered chips and salsa for a starter, and 2 entrees. Mine was the steak. I asked for it to be cooked medium. If customer service is something that matters to you, I wouldn’t come here. I’m assuming he was the owner, an older guy rudely met my husband and I telling us to put our scooter in a specific spot but we were just checking out the seating area. Never greeted or said hi to once. Server was extremely dismissive and just looked miserable to be there. We came for a good MI beer and some dinner but we just cashed out immediately after we got our beers. The beer that we did try was pretty tasty. I’m sure the food would be good too, but we don’t like spending our money in places where we are made to feel like an inconvenience. Too many other good restaurants in the Charlevoix area.

Quite busy for being off season. My wife ordered the steak dinner med. rare. I am sorry to say that the 3/8 thick steak resembled a piece of shoe leather! This piece of beef belonged in Ponderosa. It was way overcooked and dried out. The salmon and seafood entrees for the rest of the table were very good. Just don't order the steak!!! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3
