Visited this place with the family and were really disappointed about food and service. Our staters came and they were burned and cooked. We all ordered the burgers and they were cold and greasy. We sent them back and when they arrived 40 minutes later, they were not better. The service was really slow and no word from the manager. To our shock you can see and see the Coll prepares the food and the burgers we frozen and then cook on the grill!!!! The knowledge of the staff when it came to what the food contained gluten was bad and wrong and that is unacceptable from a large chain restaurant. I'm just reviewing this 1 star as it's the lowest option. Avoid this place and the chain!!!!
Wouldn't come back. The service was terrible. Ordered 3 x cocktails, all known and tasty. Mojito tasted like it had been made with whisky, but barmaid refused to change how sure she had made it with rum!! Eating very average, expects so much more from an American diner that should really be on burgers and ribs!! Also via the app ordered to go a jacket potato with ribs and had to ask at least 3 times whether they are served with the main run of the ribs, no excuse but arrived after the finished net... very disappointed and will definitely avoid in the future!
This is an excellent place to eat if you're a bit unsure of trying traditional French food. Its very good value and lots of choice. There is a menu for children. The staff are very helpful and can speak very good english. Good parking beside it and it just off the main D25. We met Francesco who was very very helpful and friendly and so we were there several time during our 3 week stay.
