When you order something off the menu and it looks nothing like the picture. The bacon melt was a burger on a toasted bun but definitely wasn’t toasted. Just disappointed when you expect your order to come out like the menu and it doesn’t. Wasn’t bad tasting, just not what I was expecting. Should’ve taken a photo to show what I mean but I didn’t take one.

Horrible customer service. Was told by the counter clerk to download the app to get the family bundle meal and after I took my time to do all I was still charged $5 more for something completely different and was told to get the tv promo I had to go thru drive thru! Mind I was on foot! Very poor customer

Today 10/26 the staff was very rude manager very incompetent and childish. Order was placed for delivery and they refused to give the order to the door dash driver. The West Springfield night crew is terrible.

This store needs to be shut down, bathrooms are never clean properly, parking lot always a mess and the employees get bothered when they messed up your order, its called having a job.Parking: Trash everywhere
