The service was very bad! The first time I came the service was good. This time it was very bad and the toilets were dirty. I asked for a large bottle of water but she served two small bottles of water without asking! The waiter gave the order to the customer who arrived later than us. and after 15 minutes of waiting we went downstairs and asked where the wine was. The waiter then took our wine and headed for the wrong table again! All they care about is making more money with a bigger table. The table next to us quickly put bread on the table and we waited a long time, no wine, no bread. Extremely poor service, yelling at customers when they ask. We waited about ten minutes and no one broug...
an excellent lunch on the small terrace has tasted great. also the service is done with much ease. three days later, I repeated the trip to the lake of Genefer. This time all the places on the terrace were already reserved. the place under a royal sunshade in the jewellery gasse was also welcoming. everything was good again! the narrow staircase to the terrace is unique. a table reservation is recommended.
