I visited this branch on Easter Sunday 2022. This restaurant is my backup choice for office lunches, as my original pick near Edgware Road station was closed. When I arrived, there was a line, but it was manageable, mostly made up of tourists, and there was a girl working behind the counter. It was very busy because not many places were open due to the public holiday. There was also an issue with payments, which only added to the wait for customers. When it was finally my turn to be served, I tried to pay through the app but the transaction did not go through. Good options for coffee, hot chocolate and iced drinks. The eating options are also decent. Best thing is they will warm up the sandwiches unlike pret which serves cold. Had the chicken cheese sandwich which was big in size with decent filling. Has both inside and outside seating. Value for money.

My wife and I stopped in for coffee and could not resist the wonderful pastries! This has all requirements of a local coffee shop and the staff were great and friendly. We were able to sit and enjoy our coffee in a relaxing environment!

As with most cafe Nero shops the standard of coffee is very good This store was the same coffees were good but the service was slow and the staff were miserable Won’t visit again

Lovely hot chocolate and sausage bap just right before more shopping! Coffee excellent but bacon and Brie sandwich average
