Captain Crab-cajun Seafood

I 'd like to leave an actual and fair review but we didn 't even get the chance to try the food. And by the looks of the other reviewers, we got lucky! We pulled up on a Saturday evening excited to try some Cajun cookin ' oh yeah !Instead we were met with 2 Chinese gentlemen carrying boxes on boxes of food to their truck.The driver said they were closed even though the lights said Open . Cajun seasoning boil was great. But! 1.Order screwed up both times we've ordered delivery pickup. One time item was missing on one order and wrong item was delivered on second order. 2. Fish and chips should be called Fish jerkey and chips. Both time we've ordered the fish chips the fish was dry to the point it was almost inedible. Save your money and buy Generic frozen cod fillets from Wall Mart. You'll be more satisfied.

102 restaurants rated only the third time that a 5-star rating. I actually wanted to give four stars, but I could not think of a reason why my visit was not perfect or what could improve. The taste with the Cajun hot spice was so good I just wanted to take the juices home. The restaurant is also very modern perfect for date night or casual food. My only complaint is that we don't have any in Tampa.

Beautiful location with great views! Food was so-so. Cocktail shrimp was good. Swashbuckler was ok 4 small Scallops shrimp were good, fish too thick a batter and a little fish and the coleslaw was blah, no flavor, fries were stale and soggy. Our server was amazing, she did a fantastic job!

Today was the first time at Captain Crab. We were welcomed right away. The restaurant and the bathrooms were clean and tidy. The Amanda server was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. We will definitely come back.
