Carl's Jr. - Reservar una mesa

Sometimes, when we're in a hurry or have a long day, we like to grab something fast. We've been coming to this particular Carl's Jr. for about eight years now. I'm a vegetarian with Celiac so we always get the Beyond Famous Star as a lettuce wrap, which never disappoints. Before the drive-thru was damaged by an automobile driving into the wall, we enjoyed seeing our buddies at the window. They were always so friendly and nice and felt like friends. I'm giving it a 3 because they always seem to have issues with their soda machine. About 70% of the time as an estimate. I have had this happen before so I tried my soda in the drive-thru and it was completely flat and tasteless. I got a replacement and it was not flat but still not very tasty. I think their syrup ratio is off. The burgers are always good but it's disappointing to drive away and then try my soda to find it's not drinkable. Soda machine was fine this time, but this time I used the mobile app to order them went inside and they said they got the order, but someone came in after me and ordered at the counter and got their food before me. What? Something seems wrong there.

The drive-through was closed when we went, and the food was not what I remember at all. The milkshakes are good enough, but the burgers leave a lot to be desired. The staff was helpful, but going inside is dismal.

Professional staff.. friendly and very respectful. I wish CJ takes good care of them.
