Wow! Wonderful pub and restaurant. Saturday lunch with family. Food was utterly amazing. From the Dill Mussels, baked Halibut and finished with a mind blowing Raspberry Soufflés and coffee. Not a scrap left by 7 of us. Compliments to the chef. They deserve some stars. V nice wine selection as well. Entire afternoon made more enjoyable by the attentive and engaging staff. Nicest people I have ever been looked after by. Had the great big elevated table by bar. All round an excellent afternoon and highly recommended. Service: 5 Location: 5

This is a real find! We had an absolutely wonderful meal here, the food really is amazing and of a very high standard. It was a treat to be able to have a pint of 'mother in law ' to accompany my dinner. We are all really looking forward to going again.

great service, good food, open fires. steak was really very good and inexpensive to what they expect to be a sirloin. gammon, the same. two net parts they ask? no, I just overtaked the children. great experience around. highly recommended.
