Charbar Co. Burgers Sushi

CharBar Co. seems like it is a restaurant in search of a chef. The grilled foods are good, but anything requiring actual preparation and presentation is lacking. I ordered a wedge salad, not a difficult restaurant offering to prepare or present. It came as a wedge of iceberg lettuce that had been cut into wedges by someone lacking basic soups chef knowledge—the middle stem and sour lettuce must be carefully removed before preparing the head for any kind of salad, including cutting it into wedges. Our waiter was shocked when I showed her what the “chef” had prepared. She took it off our bill. This restaurant bills itself as a sushi and burger place. Worst restaurant experience ever!!! We waited 40 minutes for a table when they had 10 empty tables. We finally get seated, and after 30 minutes of waiting, ask for a server. The server comes by, we stop him, and he says it will be a few more minutes as he is backed up. Yet he only had 2 other tables and would not even take out drink order. NEVER AGAIN!!! I do not care how good the food is supposed to be, the management of this place is awful!!!!!!!!!

The hamburger meat itself had LP/Gas taste to it, The hamburger as a whole was very nice. The Bun was toasted on the inside spot on . The Lettuce Tomato and onions were Fresh

When to Charbarfor late dinner and drinks. Had there chicken and waffles they were wonderful. Other guest had hamburger and onion rings. Great place you have to try it ...

Great variety. Sushi was great. Burger was good We would definitely not hesitate to go back. Staff and service were good.
