This place has to be one of the best chicken places out there, not only do they have freerange fresh chook but pretty nice veg in their packs as well. Its always busy but you get your food pretty quick. Who else stuffs their chicken wich rice rather than a nasty mix or flour and herbs. Its a great change to get some chicken and veg rather than the boring old chips. My only gripe would be their quality has dropped slightly over the last five years, having said that it seems to be improving again. Ive yet to find a better chicken place.Giddy up! go get some if your in the neighbourhood.

My favourite charcoal chicken shop is normally amazing. Sometimes the chicken can be a little dry but it's normally spot on. Unfortunately they tend to employ an army of uninterested young girls who consistently **** up requests for extra chicken salt and extra crunchy chips. Saying that, you can always rely on the two blokes who seem to manage the place. Speak to them if you have any requests that need doing.

One of the best charcoal chicken I've had in this side of Melbourne. Chicken was tender and it was cooked perfectly. Great range of salads and roasted potatoes and pumpkin went well with the chicken. Staff was also very attentive and friendly.

The free range Lilydale chicken was butchered, plucked, stuffed cooked over charcoal. It's breast and thighs were juicy, crispy and tender. <br/ Total Satisfaction
