Valmy - Reserva de mesa

We visited each other at least once a year. The starters were a moderate mushroom tar with alleged Crème d’oignons not visible, or a curious octopus I tomato sauce on sliced boiled potatoes. Both are unnoticed. We chose the Souris d’agneau in a sauceValmya. Although delicate... the lamb was tasteless and accompanied by a spinach late zle, which tasted quite simply from flour and water. It is unimaginable that a cook would combine this with the meat. Desserts were Tiramisu for one of us; Prohibition for the other. Nous avions réserver pour manger à 13h Nous sommes arrivé avec un peu de retard au restaurant le serveur nous a littéralement jeter en nous disant que nous ne pouvions pas manger que les cuisines étaient fermées . Hors il était 13h20 ! Ce qui veut dire qu'en réservant à 13h on ne vous laisse meme pas prendre l'apéritif tranquillement car la cuisine ferme avant 13h30 ! Lamentable en pleine saison touristique à 2 pas des plages . De plus etre accueilli dans un tel établissement aussi mal sachant qu'il s'agissait d'une table pour 8 personnes soit plus ou moins 300 € d addition ! Le cadre et la vue sont peut être exceptionnels mais pour le reste des cours d'accueil clientèle seraient indispensab...

My apologies to the most recent reviewers but I wonder if we are talking about the same restaurant. La Table de Valmy is undoubtedly in an idyllic setting with spectacular views and a tastefully designed interior. My issue comes with the food. There is a limited menu that changes every week so perhaps we were unlucky. The fact is € 46 for the menu with the wine flight represents poor value for money, the portions are very small and the ingredients are not particularily noble considering the price, only two of the four proposed wines were any good so buying a bottle is advisable. On top of all this the service is slow ( painfully so when they are catering for weddings or functions on site). I...

I came with my wife for my 60th birthday. The reception staff were attentive and efficient. The ambience of the place is impressive light and airy with high ceilings and inside there is an art gallery feel with large, impressive abstract canvases. These are the...work of local Perpignan artist, Romain Balssa (See Instagram). The food and wine were excellent. Presentation was faultless and the range of flavours we tasted across the menu were amazing and came with some serious chef involvement. Our waiter, Louis, was excellent informative about the food and wine and always there when we needed him. It was an outstanding experience in every way. We will be back. Reserva una mesa ahora

We were tempted to come back to Valmy as we had a great meal the last time. This time not so good they are now charging more for the wine. One of the reasons we liked it was that the price of wine was...the same as the chateau ie not a restaurant mark up, not so any more. The meal was OK but not as tasty with sauces etc, service mixed. The views are good and on a hot day it is pretty cool, but make sure you choose your table when booking otherwise you get shoved toward the end.

We had dinner on this occasion with paired wines. The staff was great, there was no rush and the evening was so pleasant and relaxed. When we finished, we asked the reception to call a taxi. No one was available to offer their manager to drive us home. They didn't have to, but we were very grateful! Thank you for another great experience in Valmy.

Une vrai surprise. Des plats raffinés.Un service impeccable. Du bon vin. Une superbe vues sur les vignes du Domaine donnant sur notre belle méditerranée .Un concept original.L assiette de fromage est bien choisis. Ils sont qualitatifs mais manque un peu de quantité sinon rien dire.Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

restaurant dans un cadre magnifique.les plat sont succulent avec des produits frais servis avec de tres bon vins du domaine ,un conseil prenez le repas avec vins compris.et qui plus-est le service a ete parfait gentil souriant et jeune .bref une soirèe qui a conclus nos vacance sur une tres bonne note merci!! We've been visiting Argeles 3 times a year for 11 years and have to say this has been my favourite dining experience. The setting just can't be rivalled with amazing views across the vinyards and down to the sea. The food was as good as...we expected and service excellent.

Un vrai plaisir à chaque fois d'aller dîner au château de Valmy. Repas délicieux accompagné du vin du domaine à prix coûtant une vraie idée de génie. Soirée excellente avec un superbe cadre et un service génial. Toujours un plaisir d'y aller y dîner.
