Went there to have dinner and to be honnest the service of this place is really poor unless you are chinese. As an example you order food and they bring it to the table. so far so good. After waiting more than 10 min to see if the waiter finds out that there is no chopsticks or fork on the table and not even a plate i decided to call the waiter. I ask for a fork and chopsticks and replys i need to wait. Are we serious ? I had to wait for more than 10 min to be able to start eating and food was cold. All other tables received their order before me even if they just arrived. This seems very much racist! Staff is definitely not costumer oriented. Food was fine for the price and place looks nice...

best dim sum I was in Germany so far. the menu is extensive and filled with all classic hits of the dimsum. there are also peking ducks that we had to order a day in advance so that we could not try it, but had the cantonese duck, which was also amazing. I am glad that they had chicken feet and jelly salad, two things that could frighten German, but I am glad that they offer it, regardless of because they are one when my favorite dim-sum dishes.

I found the staff pleasant and friendly, especially as I was dining solo. Food was delicious and to my taste. The food was also given that extra; lots of added vegetables, spices and tastes. Sven the fried rice is not bland as usual.

One of the best in Dusseldorf. Welcoming service, comfortable surroundings and excellent Chinese food. Colourful menus in German, English and Chinese. Always enjoy Hai Xian.
