my son and I went in at 11:28 to beat the lunch break. there were 6 people before us, while I was waiting, I noticed that the man who makes the food was 100% inexperienced. the person two before us told him what they wanted, and he just seemed lost, and was incredibly sloppy when he made the food. the woman in the register took the person right in front of us. we held together with him, and I didn't want to be rude and ask someone else. then, when he began to make the tacos, he was easy to slip in them. when it came back to finish my bowl, he only filled the tip of the spoon. not order here for delivery! go to another place! Came to Chipotle, Bowie Town center. They open at 10:45am. The doors were locked so I looked in to see the workers sitting at the table eating, while one was in the kitchen. They all looked at me and continued on. 10:50am I was let in but they never unlocked the doors for anyone else. When I got in, I asked why the doors were locked. I was told because they go on break before opening. Then food was still not prepared and I had to wait until it was cooked. After I got my food, people were walking up to the door but it was still locked. So some customers left and others started to call. Eventually they unlocked the doors at 11:01am.

I am very mad and disappointed. 6/30/2022 I order on DoorDash and my order was canceled. My order was apparently “unable to be fulfilled”. I ordered a burrito with white rice and steak. WHAT WAS THERE NOT TO BE FULFILLED CHIPOTLE?? Smh y’all lucky y’all’s food is good because I promise you I would never order here again after I was truly heartbroken after not getting my burrito. I am sick of this location. They have no clue what they are doing. They charge you so much and can not make the order properly. The staff needs better training. I will not continue to go to this location.
