Waited for a half an hour for my order that , I have placed online and set up a time to pick it up .bad customer service . if you want a side of wait all day and attitude to go along with your food . then go to this chipotle . if I was the manager I would at least apologize to everyone for the long wait and gave them a small free fountain drink for their inconvenience . incredibly unorganized loading, open them around midday?! what? the load is dirty, eat all over it area, everywhere, they can probably make a whole burrito out of the witness on the floor. I put my order at 11:30 a.m. to be picked up at 12 noon a.m., waited until 12:30 and they couldn't do it, I went on work. never again in these invite to come, children behind the counter move very slowly, except that the girl actually makes the dishes and burritos, she did her the best. I can always add to these chipotles as well as others, but most of these here cuz I in the opposite I had no incident where my meal was not properly prepared yes there are many young people who work there, but they are fast I read the reviews here someone my review they can call me the reviews below, they are experiencing that they all tell them that I don't always have paid off from chipotle before a particular one

The one located at the telegraph and 12 miles was terrible: we stepped in at 6:15pm, and showed very limited items: no lettuce, no grilled veggies, no jalapeno...Maybe it was to the time of closing...we we were disappointed
