Chipotle Mexican Grill

There is just issue after issue with this location. Today the issue was that I ordered burrito, which the tag clearly acknowledges, yet got a burrito bowl. Often my order takes way longer than the online time I was given. I get that it is an unforgiving, tedious job (I?ve worked for chipotle before), but I can?t understand why the issues at this location are so constant. Please train your people to pay closer attention.

That was the worst chip experience ever. Bad service, the chicken had absolutely no season, and the food was just so cold after getting it. With a line to the door, two employees decided that it was a great time for a 30-minute break. Watched videos with volume radiation to really add to our culinary experience. We went next door to get Chick-fil-A as we were not satisfied with our dinner. You're not friendly anyway.

This chipotle is pure chaos. You need management help badly. The lines are long because they try to dinate and perform both and not maintain. The counters are covered with food. The floors are lit with garbage. They don't clean the tables. It's disgusting. Avoid this chipotle if you can.

The food is OK, but the tables are always dirty, even if there are hardly any customers. The beverage and utensils station is always dirty and blunt. I'm just here for my son. I always have to wipe the tables. I'll take my own sanitizer.

I often come here. Great staff and the food is good. The Chipotle chain should also offer salt-free chips.
