Server, Kelly was fantastic. She was honest with her assessment of certain dishes and took the time to go to the people in my party who are older and a bit hard of hearing, instead of shouting across the table. The mac and cheese was amazing but I would have liked an option to have some sort of vegetable(broccoli, zucchini, etc) or a salad with it, the Cuban Reuben was made to the specifications requested. Kelly put a special note on the Philly cheesesteak and checked before bringing it to the table to make sure it wasn't too well done and dry. We have always enjoyed the ambiance and the food here, and enjoy going when on this side of town. Our last time here we hope was an anomaly all around because it was not good. The waitress was good. The food was not. Mashed potatoes with the steak were actually cold (plate itself was hot we went specifically for the Mac n cheese which used to be a delicious bubbly baked entree. This visit, it was served like an afterthought- a few noodles mixed with sauce on a plate. It was a disappointing lesson learned. The waitress actually brought up accommodating part of our bill because she even felt bad at what she was serving. We still made sure to tip her adequately because the food quality was not...

Service was great. Atmosphere was a little noisy but quaint. The tacos were terrible. The gin tonic was watered. I would not recommend the restaurant until I visit again.
