I had a negative experience at the restaurant on 25/04/2019. While visiting the hospital with my family to see my grandmother, I ordered a piece of carrot cake and hot chocolate at the cafe. Unfortunately, the cake had green mold on it. I returned it to the waitress, who said she would arrange a refund once the manager got off the phone. Despite repeated reminders, the manager stayed in his office for a long time, ignoring the issue. Eventually, I received a refund after 20 minutes. The whole situation was poorly handled and lacked consideration, especially given the circumstances of my visit to the hospital.
