Cote Brasserie Marlow

Visited on a busy Saturday evening on the August Bank Holiday weekend. Sadly the weather wasn 't good enough to sit outside in the lovely garden. My glamorous companion and I both opted for the 'Menu Exclusif ' set menu. The service was very efficient, bordering on being too efficient, a slightly slower pace would have been welcome but all staff were very pleasant. I had the crab starter which frankly wasn 't very nice, it was a wet mess resembling the 'cat soup ' that we buy for our cat, it had no texture and no flavour of crab at all. Tinned crab? We had a great breakfast at this restaurant in Marlow while on holiday. The food and service were excellent. We were able to park our bicycles in the garden through a side gate they opened for us. We enjoyed a full English and a French breakfast, along with pots of tea. There were plenty of seating options in shade or sunshine. The restaurant is dog-friendly, and they even brought a bowl of water for a couple's dog. The staff were friendly and professional. The prices for breakfast were comparable to restaurants closer to home.

During our family holiday, we decided to stop here for brunch. We had an excellent meal that was also generous in portion size. The restaurant's ambiance and table spacing were very pleasant, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. A bonus was that the outdoor dining area at the back was non-smoking. The only potential drawback was the cost, coming in at nearly £38 for brunch for two people with a drink each. However, coming from Devon, I am not accustomed to London prices.

Just passing by and popped in for lunch. Usual Cote menu but the restaurant is beautiful. Large and spacious with a lovely garden area too. Food usual great standard and staff very friendly and attentive.

Very efficient friendly staff. Great food. Sensibly priced cheeseboard. So many restaurants seem to think a cheese board is worth double the price of a dessert which is very annoying!
