Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Beware! Spent two hours here. Was neglected. When we finally received some of our food it was cold. We ended up canceling the large parts of our order that we did not recieve and leaving the establishment. When we complained we were given the excuse that cooks didn 't show up for work. However, this should have been explained BEFORE the situation escalated. Its as simple as thank you for dining with us, we are short staffed today, so the wait time will be longer . If that was even the case. There were people who were seated way after us, who received their food ate and left. We also noticed there were other tables experiencing the same poor service as us.
