Crumbl Cookies can be a bit hit or miss—there are times when the entire selection shines, and other times when some cookies lack flavor. However, it's great to report that this location has greatly improved its baking, consistently providing perfectly baked cookies, unlike before when they were often undercooked or looked raw. I would definitely recommend trying them at least once to see if they suit your preferences. I took my daughter to Crumbl Cookies on a Saturday afternoon and found a line outside. We waited about 15 minutes, but once we got inside, service moved quickly. The staff was friendly and efficient. The cookies were fresh and tasted good, but I’m not sure they were worth waiting in line and spending $30 for a box of six. I'm glad we gave it a try, though. We visited Crumbl Heartland for the first time and tried the pink classic, cookie dough, chocolate chip, and French toast cookies. Each one was fresh and absolutely delicious!
