D'angelo Grilled Sandwiches

Phenomenal customer service. I ordered a sandwich that was wrongly prepared, so I called and spoke to the manager. He was so polite and fast to fix the problem. He made me a brand new sandwich and it was perfect. His professionalism and attitude is more than impressive and he deserves an increase!

I don't care how busy you are, it is not appropriate to, pick up and put people on hold without saying anything, 3 times, leave people on hold for 3 minutes. Or answer after 3 minutes, say nothing, and hang up. None of you are children.
