Everything was great, except for the service. I can’t really say I’ve ever had much worse service. The server never took drink orders The food took an hour to come out slightly over actually. The reason I say that was a service problem was because the food came out cold meaning it just sat up there then not all the food came out at once probably 10 minutes between the first plate and the last plate. Then, no busing of the tables and no offer for us to buy dessert. I guess I would have to say server and management problem because any server that far behind or that deep in the weeds a manager should notice. my daughter wanted to celebrate her 9th day in an arcade and that was the best place to take her, she had a great time with her and her sisters and friends! we song birthday happy and enjoyed cake/food and played many games! I was able to go away and back to my table with all the things I was very happy! even if the place was somehow packed, we could have one since the private sphere! I will definitely recommend and return! thank you. dave busters for the estimated experience it is worth it! the only thing I didn't like was the claw machine that was designed, the worse I've ever seen! only my opinion, I want to go back alone to master this machine by trying to win it, at least 5 bears it is...

5th birthday. children had fun eating was good and we had a lot of time to sit and chat, open presents, etc. the service was ok. it took our server awhile to come back, but it started to do. we're at 3. it was not super busy, but at the time we went around 5:45 it was super busy with a long line to eat.

family of 5. server forgets straws for our drinks. there were no utensils on our table, even after the food. server has even forgotten to bring pen to the sign of reception/tip to table. I would not recommend the culinary experience.
