This commune owned restaurant specializes in Suisse Romande cuisine. They are known in the area for frog legs. 8 legs to an order and cooked 3 different ways. Each better than the one before. A delightful menu starting with a beautiful fresh mixed green salad and ending with a flourish with a confection of meringue and creme. Wonderful dining experience.
