Del Taco - Reservar una mesa

Ordered online through del taco ordering Channel they ran my payment showed me order declined but was approved by the bank tried different card same result called the del taco was placed for they claim to not have my order just kept telling me to call the customer service number which I did and went right back to the same del taco was told again they have nothing to do with the payments vary displeased with del taco will not be going back ever after this

incredible customer service, I ordered new years through the del taco website that said the motor ave location was open, but they were not. they wanted to pick me up, closed, keep my money. I called the next day 1/2 and explained they took a completely new (cheaper easy) order and gave it free, although this was not their fault it was the website. you guys are rocking!

Horrible! Terrible customer service! I can't believe the incompetence. I had to point out that he owned me money because I was OVERCHARGED, after I physically pointed out on the menu what I wanted THREE times. The young man was rude, disrespectful, and incompetent in taking orders. He should not be left to run the restaurant without a supervisor on staff as well.

I normally hate Del Taco, but I stopped here out of desperation one day for lunch. They made it with love. The fries were hot, salty, and crispy and the tacos were made neatly. I’ve been here three times since, and it’s the same good quality every time. I had to leave a good review.
