Del Taco - Reservar una mesa

I order food on 1/28/2024 to take to my mother at the hospital and I pulled the bean and cheese burrito out of the bag and it was ice cold, like i mean Ice cold like it had been sitting out for hours, I tried to eat it but i just couldn't. I was almost back to the hospital or I would have turned around. I tried to over look the burrito and grab my nachos that i ordered and I pick up the cheese and it is Ice cold too, I don't understand cause it seemed like the cheese was not even hot to begin with like they did not cook it.....I will be contacting cooperate about this.

This place is getting worser and worser by the second, I placed an order for steak tacos and the incompetent duce gives me beef tacos, Jason was playing around in the restaurant and his friend with glasses had a bad attitude that night. I guess they just wanted to get paid and not work I'm tired of these type of people working in our community. Don't work here if you can't provide proper customer service skills.

Fries were a little cold. The young man that took our order through the drive thru was really good. Polite, informative. The 5 stars are just for him!
