this place is interesting, and the mixed reviews make total sense. yes, the French is not the paralyzed person they find at most places in moseley (but they will change their mind when they have experienced pariser service). and yes, you wait sometimes... really long and wonder what they actually do in the kitchen when there are only two customers. but this is all secondary. his galettes are just perfect and also the other eat. they can go to maison mayci and try to feel French or they come here and eat French. it is by far the French experience in moseley (for me). the coffee is excellent and the prices are fantastic. nice to see this caffe again open after unlocking. it is hard to find the essence of moseley in these days under the appetit and chains pubs, but demaines still captures the beauty of the small independent company. great authentic French cafe food with a relaxed variety of grapes and decent music to keep them chilled. the touches on toast were made perfect and the man who served us was happy and relaxed, although he seemed to do a lot. it's just a small place, and maybe just missed under the hectic of the Moseley village. the next time, however, when they (unhappy) enter the wetherspoons to take an breakfast in a hurry, maybe they think about turning around, crossing the road and a much bett...

Visited again today and had a lovely lunch. They have a great selection of food but I went for the mega veggie breakfast which is really enjoyable. The staff here are so nice too and really make the stay enjoyable. They don't rush you either...so you can linger over tea/coffee and a crème brulee doughnut!

Come here for breakfast, fresh produce and good music. Independent with a good choice on the menu. Something for everyone. Friendly staff. No problems noted.

Not the best service to be honest, been going there for some time, couldn't let me off 50p when ordering two sandwiches. Won't go there again.
