The staff here is incredibly friendly and eager to help. They provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. The food was served hot and fresh, just as we hoped. There was a self-serve area with fresh juices, fruits, and yogurts, along with a selection of continental options, tea, coffee, and a variety of other hot beverages like cappuccino. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely return.

We made reservations nightly for dinner. The menu had a wide variety of dishes. One of our favorite starters was the prawn cocktail. The dressing used was flavorful and complemented the prawns and lettuce. Our waitresses were excellent and our meals came fairly quickly, hot and tasty. Would stay at the Premier Inn on Roby the next time we are in Liverpool! Service: Dine in

The staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The food was delicious! I had the hotcakes, which were truly delightful. My son ordered the fish bisque, and my husband had the chicken and bacon salad. For dessert, we enjoyed the chocolate brews and profiteroles. Having crackers on the table for each customer was a nice touch.

this is the second table we have visited. I can't recommend enough. the personal is a credit to this place very attentive, cannot do enough for them. the breakfast is fantastic and the children eat free. I would definitely recommend.
