Saturday date night at Desmond's did not disappoint! We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Our server was friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our dinner a pleasant experience. My brined pork chop was outstanding, I asked for medium and it was perfectly cooked. Also there were rave reviews over the calamari, chicken pot pie and the strip steak. All in all our table had a wonderful dining experience we look forward to a return visit.

I had been excited to visit this restaurant after hearing about their delicious potato crusted flounder in Dan's Papers, and I was not let down! Both of my dining companions were also very pleased with their meals. The Manhattan cocktails were superb, and our server Linda was wonderful. Kudos to all for a great dining experience. I did not have a sit down dinner. They served each table with a platter of chicken, pork, and salmon. There was salad and an appetizer, and at the end they served dessert. Food was not impressive, the chicken was good, pork and salmon were dry. I was not able to eat the pork. The desserts were the only good part of the meal. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

This restaurant is extremely slow with an overwhelmed bartender. The place is not sanitary and it took an hour to receive an appetizer at the bar. They really need to hire a manager. Last minute larger group needed a buffet for after funeral. They did a great job accommodating us. Everyone was very happy and the price is very fair. The building and area is incredibly nice. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We were able to use both cash and card for our bill after our fun celebration. Plus, they even have a pizza oven!
