Doc Pizza Mozzarella Carlton

Restaurant was packed and busy so the noise level was a bit loud. Food was good but a bit pricey for value. Service was great… waiters were attentive, friendly and patient when our party of people took some time to order. Overall, a pleasant evening and experience. Just make sure to book ahead of time since the place gets full very quickly. Also arrive about min early since they may take a bit of time to set up your table

I visited a charming pizza bar, but I don't think I will return. I tried the DOC in Mornington and ordered the same dishes from the menu. Mornington's food was exceptional, while the Carlton DOC was good but not quite on the same level in terms of quality and taste. Overall, it's a decent pizza place. However, if I want their pizza again, I will make the one-hour drive back to Mornington.

Very good food and one of the best GF pizza bases in town. The service is okay. They can improve in processing customer payments though. I've been here a few times and twice we were refused to split the bill. There is no explanation of why in this day and age of electronic payments this is happening.

Once again, we enjoyed the evening- our waitress remembered us and made us very welcome. A lovely night celebrating my husband's birthday-with a warm cheer. My coffee was extra hot, and the best one ever- it's always a lovely coffee from DOC, but this time I wanted to say, exceptional Reserva una mesa ahora

Always a great experience at doc! Always find myself coming back for a taste of their San Daniele pizza, a must go to when in Carlton
