Domino's Pizza - Reservar una mesa

Before I take you on this journey, please note, they were not short staffed at all, while we were in there.First guy at register taking our order was great. Then comes the other guy. I don't know if he was a manager, but he was answering questions for the staff and answering phones. He was very rude. We asked for a deluxe with no onions, asked if we could have mushrooms instead. He was very blunt in his answer, No substitutions unless you're paying extra I get it but, What?! I realized after the fact...we are paying extra... We ordered a large deluxe with only 5 items. It cost $22.00.We saw the managers special on the chalkboard after we ordered, it was 1 large pizza, 5 items, for $9.99. Why...

This was by far the worst pizza experience I have ever had. It took two and a half hours for my pizza to be delivered. After about an hour, I called to check on my order and was told they only had two drivers but that my order was sitting there and would be delivered as soon as possible. I was understanding of the understaffing issue, but even an hour later my pizza had not arrived. I called again and was told my order had been seen multiple times and would be out for delivery in 7 minutes. Finally, 30 minutes later, my order was delivered. My advice is to not order from this place unless you are planning on having dinner the next day.

ridgewood store for the first time. we did not get back everything we ordered and called to know. the team manager could not find our order in the system and could not stop hanging on me, so I gave up. a couple of hours later, a manager called, gave us a generous loan in direction of our next order and promised to train the team lead in how to look for orders in their computer system. lavapie was super delicious!

A few days later, when I tried to use the credit for another pizza, I was told that there was no record of the credit under my phone number, and they were unable to do anything about it. While I understand that mistakes happen, I believe that some form of compensation should have been offered to rectify the situation.

I ordered a medium pizza with two toppings, pasta, and twisted breadsticks. The estimated delivery time was 11:10, but the food didn't arrive until 12:03. When I opened the pasta, there was no actual pasta - just a container of sauce, meatballs, and nothing else.
