Domino's Pizza - Reservar una mesa

I hired my order and it was the time it should arrive, so I called and who was on the other side of the phone sounded very irritated and rudely told me that my order would be very late. it sounded as if they had given me an ultimatum when they said, "either they come and pick it up or wait or cancel". I told them I'd wait the extra time and hang them up immediately without explaining why my order will come over an hour late or something. never order again from this place

I placed an order an hour ago and the tracker still says "check the quality". I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to check the status, but no one answered the phone. This is very unprofessional. I have no idea what's going on and there's no way to find out. The customer service is extremely lacking. Nearly an hour later, I am informed that my hour-old pizza is finally on its way. Can I expect any compensation for this delay? This is unacceptable.

Ordered the 2 medium pizza deal on 1/1/2021 and when I went to pick it up the store manager was extremely rude. I asked if I could switch an icing dipping for a marinara and he yelled at me to switch it online next time and made me grab my own receipt while he was walking away. You guys need to fix this. Lost a customer today smh…

I was pleasantly surprised to find my pizza ready and waiting for me when I arrived. In the past, I have had to wait much longer at other places. The service was very friendly and the pizza was perfectly cooked. I especially enjoyed the Brooklyn-style crust, which is hard to come by in this area.

Just tried to place an order Saturday night 8:00 pm . Went to check out and it says unable to complete your order only carry out orders allowed. Good thing Popa Johns can fill my order. Get your stuff together Domino's
