Visited Warwick Saturday 01/10/2022 and had KFC for lunch. The service was fine, the young man was professional and polite. Sadly the place resembled most rubbish dumps and needed the mop and cloth taken to all of the floors and seats and bench tops. The bins were that full our rubbish fell onto the floor! Considering Australia has just had 2 years of pandemic restrictions I would have thought more attention would have been paid to cleanliness of the restaurant
Incredibly disappointed with this store. I went there on Saturday 01/10/22 and ordered 2 zinger stacker boxes and a popcorn chicken for my father and myself, not only were the chips undercooked and soggy the burgers only just cooked, still probably unsafe to eat and the zinger chicken pieces were raw to the point they was tough to bite into and pink. This is not the first time it has happened and I am happy to say it's among the worst KFC in the country.
Everytime I go there there is always a wait on something to be cooked fresh, even the original recipe chicken. Last time it took me around 1 hour from arriving to get my food. Spent 30 minutes waiting in the slow drive thru for them to take my order, only to be told upon reaching the collection window that they have no original chicken and it will be a 20 minute wait. Disappointing.
Every time I go here, the ride has a really long waiting time and the employees do their best. It always seems understated, which causes longer than reasonable waiting times. I also go to the Kelvin Grove KFC in Brisbane, which is also a busy place. KFC Warwick Management, talk to KFC Kelvin Grove Management and get some advice.
