Dewey's Pizza - Reservar una mesa

My experience at this restaurant was really strange, and I left feeling like I was crazy for expecting to receive the correct food or a refund for my order. There seemed to have been a mix-up with my online order (or it could have been my mistake, which is possible). When I asked for it to be fixed, the manager responded with some borderline hostility, saying, "I know that's what you think you ordered, but..." I understand that working in food service can be stressful, as I have done it in the past, but kindness and good customer service are important. It's a pizza chain. Ratings based on that thought. Not an Independent specialty shop.1st. Not my favorite pizza. For a takeout pizza chain, coast to coast, it is consistent. Most Donatos put more topping than their competitors!.. We usually add more spices to the pizza (Tony Chachere's, Sriracha, Italian spices..... . We have fun with the cauliflower crusts, ? and vary our orders. For a very thick crust we go with another place or make our own.All in all the sauces and ingredients are worthy. If you aren't a rut person, then you need to play with Donatos.

Figured after giving donatos a chance last week and it went ok I’d try again. Literally can’t get the same meal as I got four days ago. Manager sends trainee to the register and listens as he gives bad info but doesn’t correct him until I was walking out. I kept going. Don’t mess with at lunch. I literally do not have the time. Done with Donatos

Service is a lost art. This location should keep searching… The quality of the product is the saving grace.
