This is a great Chinese restaurant, especially if you know what to order. The dumplings were absolutely delicious and likely among the best I've ever had. Unlike some Chinese eateries that just serve supermarket dumplings, this place stands out. The dumpling skins were crispy yet firm, and you could really taste the freshness of the vegetables and scallions or leeks inside. The Peking duck was also fantastic; it had the crispiest skin of any Peking duck I've tried in the area. Other places like China Wok and Peking Gourmet tend to leave a bit more fat for a firmer texture, but this was exceptional. Wow this place was amazing. It’s a hole in the wall and it’s located in a strip mall but you wouldn’t ever know they have some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had (specifically the Peking duck). The staff was super friendly (it’s a family run business) and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. There is also so much history associated with this place as the current owners father helped to revolutionize the Peking duck prep and cooking time (I was told back in the day you had to call ahead a day or two in advance for that dish). Overall an amazing experience and meal and if you’re in town this is a must try dinner experience.

Delicious! The service was excellent and attentive. The duck was expertly sliced and incredibly tasty; we absolutely loved it. The fried rice was also delightful—not too greasy or unhealthy at all. Overall, I would definitely return. I think it would be a fantastic spot for dinner as well.

Amazing jewel, and always eating one of my favorite places when I'm in town. I have never eaten in another restaurant that also makes Beijing Duck, or so artistic for you to watch. Peter Chang is an amazing cook and is always happy to talk about food and his family heritage.

Good food and good conversation with the owner. There is a parking directly in front and they take credit card. The onion for the Beijing Duck was fresh and the pack was light (what I am a fan). Beijing Duck was well cooked and the sauce was also good.
