Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

Ive been coming to this Dunkin for over three years and I have never had a problem, until today. I decided to deviate from my regular order and use up some of my DD reward points on a Mocha Latte. Upon receiving my order the new male cashier scanned my phone a few times and told me that it wasn't scanning and to wait while he called his manager on the phone. While waiting for over 10 minutes, i took a sip of my drink and discovered that he did not even give me what I ordered. After making him aware of his mistake, With an attitude, he told me that I ordered a peppermint mocha, I began telling him that I did not order that.
