My husband, kids and I were just here today to get a snack and some coffee, Close to closing time. Usually, anywhere you go, close to closing time, someone is trying to rush you out of the building or not so friendly... Not the case here. The girl behind the counter, name tag said Cynthia I believe, was very pleasant and helpful, very patient as well. Great experience and customer service. Thank you for that. Keep up the great work!! The employees act like they couldn't care less about the job or customers. Cashier was doing something near the entrance, and watched me walk to the counter and took her time coming over. I was given the wrong coffee, which I just accepted so I could be done with it. Then when I was outside drinking it beside my motorcycle, another employee came out to smoke just a few feet away from me. Apparently there is no one actually managing that store.

I always order on the app and choose the walk in option. I have to order 10 minutes in advance to have a chance of having my order ready when I get there. Last weekend i ordered 12 minutes before arriving at the store. Then spent another 17 minutes waiting for my food. All ordered was 3 orders of hash browns .
