Exceptional Service and Warmth from Mayuri at Dunkin Donuts! I recently visited Dunkin Donuts and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Mayuri. Let me start by saying that Mayuri's service was outstanding, and her warm and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my experience at the restaurant. From the moment I stepped into Dunkin Donuts, Mayuri greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel incredibly welcome. Her positive energy and enthusiasm were contagious, instantly putting me in a great mood. She patiently listened to my order and took the time to ensure everything was prepared exactly to my liking.

I can’t say I’ve had terrible experiences at this location or that I never liked the food but there have been multiple miscommunications that make me feel like i’m wasting my time and theirs. You can talk to the employees in english and Spanish and they still don’t get the orders right. Even online orders are done wrong.

Sorry, this is bad happened! I didn't want to rush the staff during organizing the fridge, even if they saw me waiting, so look at how she gave it to me with my order!! Yes believe it or not.. this is before I touch them

Que horrible la atención no saben ni los nombre de las bebidas y mucho menos prepararlas ya son tres veces que me lo dan horrible pido un coolata y me lo dejan sin nada de sabor,porfabor entrenen bien al personal .
