I just ordered the menudo to go and it was delicious. The tripe is cut thin and small and is very tender. I like the pata and the hominy as well. It comes with homemade corn tortillas as well as onion, oregano, chili and lime. Best menudo I've had in a long while. Glad it's open for to go orders during this trying time.
