We can highly recommend this hotel. The 5 stars are more than justified. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is worth highlighting because every wish is fulfilled. Whether it's a freshly prepared omelette or scrambled eggs, everything is made possible for hotel guests. The location of the hotel is ideally close to the immediate hiking area of Saxon Switzerland. You can easily go hiking for 30km a day.
Everything is just right here. I was a guest in this beautiful hotel for two days. From the sauna to the service to the reception, there is simply nothing left to be desired. The meal in the in-house restaurant in the evening was a special highlight. There must be a wonderful chef working here. Thank you for everything. I'd love to come back.
We had booked a day spa stay in the wellness area of the Elbresidenz Hotel. From our arrival at reception, to the massage, to our time in the sauna area, we were completely satisfied and well looked after. The employees are very friendly, accommodating and were open to any concerns. We are grateful for the wonderful time!
Das Essen schmeckt widerlich! Musste meinen Döner wegschmeißen um zu verhindern zu kotzen. Eine Schande! Im Laden ist es sehr unordentlich und stinkt! Der Döner schmeckt unfertig, chemisch und ungewürzt! Der Besitzer ist sehr umfreundlich und redet kaum mit seinen Kunden. Keine Worte meh ehrlich. Reserva una mesa ahora
I would particularly like to highlight the hotel bar. Jakob Tomáš are extremely attentive as bartenders. Tomáš mixed the very best Cosmpolitans Mai Tais for me. I also enjoyed eating there and received excellent service

Very nice hotel with swimming pool. Water aerobics was offered in the morning, which I also took advantage of. It was fun to take part. Very nice, competent staff.

Schöner Döner die Würze bestimmt man selber durch die Sosse aber das verstehen manche nicht die sich beklagen es wäre ungewürzt
